Introduction

Howdy!

Hello everybody! My name is Jaxton Wheeler and this is my new blog, The Kiwi Kottage! I am so excited to be able to share my ideas, creations, humor, and opinions with you guys!

First things first… Who am I? Well, I’ll tell you the same thing I would tell anyone who asks this question. I am a Christian. My identity is found in Jesus Christ and Him alone. He is my savior and Lord and I make it my goal in life to put him first (though I will fail countless times). My faith absolutely effects every part of my life, and that includes this blog. I am a Reformed Calvinist and strive to be a church planter as I get older. My family and I attend Staples Mill Road Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist church where I live in Richmond, Virginia.

Here are some facts about me: At the time of writing this I am a high school sophmore at Logos Online School, I am 15 years old (May 13th, 2009), I live in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia, and for two years my family served as missionaries in the sugar-cane villages of the Dominican Republic.

I am a very extroverted person and I love to make friends anywhere. I hope that my joy and passion in life can inspire others to take the same path I have, its a narrow path, but I assure you it is worth it (Matthew 7:13-14). I am interested in a lot of things, and I will write about a lot of things, but you can expect a lot about my faith, music (my own eventually), relationships (just advice I live by), and literature.
